*Availability of trucks
*Update on load status (at shipper, loaded, at delivery, unloaded)
*Location of trucks
*Obtaining and verifying reference number if incorrect
Example: "Hello, We got loaded, and heading to the delivery location, our ETA tomorrow 12pm CDT. Thanks! You can reply STOP to opt out of SMS messaging from Transnational Carriers Inc at any time."
3- Message Frequency:
Message frequency may vary depending on the type of communication. For example, you may receive up to 5 SMS messages per week related to your load status (At Shipper / Loaded & Departing / At the Consignee / Delivered ).
Example:
"Message frequency may vary. You may receive up to 1-10 SMS messages per week regarding load status or updates."
4- Potential Fees for SMS Messaging:
Please note that standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier’s pricing plan. These fees may vary if the message is sent domestically or internationally.
5- Opt-In Method:
You may opt-in to receive SMS messages from Transnational Carriers Inc in the following way
